This component of Symposium explores technology and its use in college music instruction. Contributions that are data-driven as well as more conceptual work such as pieces that explore philosophical and historical dimensions of music technology and its application are welcome. Issues related to the sub-disciplines of music education, theory, history, music and culture, performance, composition, and music technology/industry itself are all encouraged. This component of Symposium provides an important resource for more complete understanding of technologically-driven pedagogy in this digital and connected age.
